01. Send Your Brief

Send over your drawings, moodboards, and any reference material.

If anything is missing, I’ll guide you through what’s needed.

2. Review & Clarify

I carefully review your brief, flag any gaps, and confirm key details before starting.

This ensures everything is clear and avoids unnecessary revisions later.

3. CGI Production

I build the space with careful attention to layout, materials, lighting, and atmosphere, ensuring it feels accurate and convincing

4. Revisions & Refinement

You’ll receive draft visuals for review, along with two rounds of revisions.

Small adjustments like colour tweaks, object swaps, or furniture repositioning are always welcome and included.

Larger design changes may require an additional fee.

5. Final Delivery

Final high-resolution visuals are delivered, ready for marketing, presentations, or client approval.

How the Process Works

FAQs

What do I need to send to start a project?

A full brief includes layout, material references, lighting info, style intent, and camera preferences.

What counts as a “major” vs. “minor” change?

Minor changes: wall colour, swapping decor, camera shifts
Major changes: layout redesign, replacing furniture models
Not sure? Just ask — I’ll be happy to clarify.

What if I don’t have a complete brief yet?

No worries — I can help you build your brief and fill in the gaps. It’s always smart to start early, as clients usually want to speed things up toward the end of the process.

How long does it take to receive the first visuals?

If your brief is complete, you’ll typically receive the first visuals within 5–7 days. Timelines may vary depending on the project size.

What will I receive in the final delivery?

High-resolution JPEG or TIFF images are included as standard. Need PSD, PNG, or layered files? Just let me know, I can prepare them on request.

Do you sign NDAs or work on confidential projects?

Yes, I’m happy to sign NDAs when needed. Just keep in mind that for any project under NDA, I won’t share it on my website or portfolio.

Can I request changes to the visuals?

Absolutely — two rounds of revisions are included in the price. As long as they’re not major design changes, they’re completely free.

How do we communicate during the project?

Email is my main communication tool for keeping things organised. However, I’m also available via WhatsApp for quick updates or urgent messages.
When a brief needs more clarity, we can hop on a Zoom or Teams call to go over the design details together — it often helps speed things up and ensures everything’s understood clearly.
Occasionally, I also do on-site visits when the project requires it.

Preparing a development for launch?

If you need buyers to clearly understand and commit to, the space before it’s built, I’m happy to take a look.

Testimonials

Paulina Zidonyte, UK

Valor Collective

We worked with Betul on the mood boards and 3D interior visuals for one of our London projects. She was very clear, responsive and easy to work with. The visuals captured exactly what we were aiming for and became a strong reference point through the build. The project has now been delivered by our construction team, and looking back, it’s impressive how closely the finished spaces align with her visuals.
