01. Send Your Brief

Share your project details and any reference materials you have.
To make the process smooth, your brief should ideally include:

  • Floor layout with furniture & dimensions

  • Wall elevations

  • Lighting layout or intent

  • Material board (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.)

  • Furniture/product links

  • Décor preferences (art, plants, lighting, etc.)

  • Number of view and resolution (the basic one is 1920x1080 px)

  • Background photos

  • Camera angle suggestions

Don’t worry if everything isn’t ready — I will guide you through what’s missing.

2. Review & Clarify

I carefully review your brief before starting.
If anything is unclear or missing (e.g., a wallpaper mentioned in the layout but no reference provided), I’ll get in touch to confirm before moving forward.

  • If something is discovered mid-project and it’s small, I’ll use my design judgement to keep things moving.

  • If it’s significant (e.g., key elements not defined), I’ll check in before proceeding.

How the Process Works

3. CGI Production

Once everything is clear, I begin building the 3D scene — modelling, applying materials, setting up lighting, and rendering — all carefully developed to reflect your design intent with precision and atmosphere.

4. Revisions & Refinement

You’ll receive draft visuals for review, along with two rounds of revisions.

Small adjustments like colour tweaks, object swaps, or furniture repositioning are always welcome and included.

Larger design changes, such as like replacing an L-shaped sofa with two armchairs, reworking the layout, or switching the interior style altogether may require an additional fee, as they involve re-modelling and extended work.

5. Final Delivery

Once revisions are complete, I send the final high-resolution CGI files — ready for presentation, marketing, or client approval.

Final files are delivered in high-res JPEG or TIFF. Custom exports (PSD, PNG, layered files) available on request.

FAQs

What do I need to send to start a project?

A full brief includes layout, material references, lighting info, style intent, and camera preferences. Want the full checklist? Scroll to the “How the Process Works” section.

What counts as a “major” vs. “minor” change?

Minor changes: wall colour, swapping decor, camera shifts
Major changes: layout redesign, replacing furniture models
Not sure? Just ask — I’ll be happy to clarify.

What if I don’t have a complete brief yet?

No worries — I can help you build your brief and fill in the gaps. It’s always smart to start early, as clients usually want to speed things up toward the end of the process.

How long does it take to receive the first visuals?

If your brief is complete, you’ll typically receive the first visuals within 5–7 days. Timelines may vary depending on the project size.

What will I receive in the final delivery?

High-resolution JPEG or TIFF images are included as standard. Need PSD, PNG, or layered files? Just let me know, I can prepare them on request.

Do you sign NDAs or work on confidential projects?

Yes, I’m happy to sign NDAs when needed. Just keep in mind that for any project under NDA, I won’t share it on my website or portfolio.

Can I request changes to the visuals?

Absolutely — two rounds of revisions are included in the price. As long as they’re not major design changes, they’re completely free.

How do we communicate during the project?

Email is my main communication tool for keeping things organised. However, I’m also available via WhatsApp for quick updates or urgent messages.
When a brief needs more clarity, we can hop on a Zoom or Teams call to go over the design details together — it often helps speed things up and ensures everything’s understood clearly.
Occasionally, I also do on-site visits when the project requires it.

Ready to bring your design to life?

Let’s create visuals that speak your vision — clearly, confidently, and beautifully.

Testimonials

Paulina Zidonyte, UK

Valor Collective

We worked with Betul on the mood boards and 3D interior visuals for one of our London projects. She was very clear, responsive and easy to work with. The visuals captured exactly what we were aiming for and became a strong reference point through the build. The project has now been delivered by our construction team, and looking back, it’s impressive how closely the finished spaces align with her visuals.
